Products/ Services

This page lists all the products & services you have configured in WHMCS installation. You will find all services in their respective tabs. It gives you an overview of the services you have without leaving WordPress.

If you find this page empty, your configuration is not complete.

  1. ID

    This is the WHMCS Product ID. It is primarily used for internal reference and can be useful when manually inserting WHMPress shortcodes that target a specific product.

    Tagline

    The Tagline serves as a secondary title or subtitle for your product. It is displayed in selected pricing table templates and can also be used in any custom templates you create to provide additional product information or highlight key features.

    Description Override

    Use this field to replace the default product description imported from WHMCS. When a custom description is entered here, WHMPress will display this description instead of the one configured in WHMCS.

    Description Append

    Use this field to append additional content to the existing product description imported from WHMCS. This is useful for adding promotional text, feature highlights, notices, or other information without modifying the original description in WHMCS.

    Note: Fields marked with the language icon support multilingual content, allowing you to provide translations for different languages used on your website.

 

Domains:

In the domains tab, you can find all the domains that you have added in WHMCS along with their group, register, renewal, and transfer price without leaving WordPress.

Note: This feature will work with the Price Matrix Domain shortcode only.

  1. ID

    This is the Domain ID. It is used internally by the plugin and does not affect shortcode functionality.

    Promo

    Enable this option to mark a domain as Featured in the domain pricing list. Featured domains can be highlighted to attract more attention from visitors.

    Promo Text

    Enter the text you would like to display alongside a featured domain in the domain pricing table.

    Examples:

    Register Off

    Use this field to display a discount on the domain registration price. The value entered here is treated as the original (strikethrough) price, while the registration price configured in WHMCS is displayed as the discounted price.

    For example, if the WHMCS registration price is $10 and you enter $15 in this field, WHMPress will display: $15 $10

    Renew Off

    Use this field to display a discount on the domain renewal price. The value entered here is treated as the original (strikethrough) price, while the renewal price configured in WHMCS is displayed as the discounted price.

    This is useful for promoting discounted renewal pricing.

    Transfer Off

    Use this field to display a discount on the domain transfer price. The value entered here is treated as the original (strikethrough) price, while the transfer price configured in WHMCS is displayed as the discounted price.

    This allows you to highlight promotional transfer offers in your domain pricing tables.

Currencies:

This section lists all currencies that you have entered in WHMCS. You can perform some basic operations on WHMCS currencies here even without leaving WordPress.

  1. ID

    This is the Currency ID assigned in WHMCS. It is useful when manually inserting shortcodes and specifying a particular currency. All currencies referenced in WHMPress shortcodes are identified by their respective Currency IDs.

    Code

    This is the currency code configured in WHMCS (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP). You can display the currency code alongside the price by using the appropriate shortcode parameter. You can also configure it globally by navigating to WHMPress → Settings → Pricing → Show Symbol with Price. If you would like to translate or customize the currency code, simply enter your preferred value in the Override Code field.

    Prefix

    This displays the currency prefix configured in WHMCS. You can override the prefix value here if you want WHMPress to display a different prefix. This change only affects WHMPress and does not modify your original WHMCS configuration. This option can also be used to translate or customize your currency prefixes.

    Suffix

    This section displays the currency suffix configured in WHMCS. Like the Prefix and Code fields, you can override the suffix value. Any changes made here will only affect how the currency is displayed within WHMPress and will not modify your WHMCS settings.

    Decimal Separator

    This field displays the decimal separator configured for each currency in WHMCS. If you would like WHMPress to use a different decimal separator than the one configured in WHMCS, you can override it here. Once overridden, all prices displayed by WHMPress will use the new decimal separator while leaving your original WHMCS configuration unchanged.

    Thousand Separator

    This field displays the thousand separator configured for each currency in WHMCS. Like the Decimal Separator, you can override the thousand separator for any currency. Once updated, WHMPress will use the overridden value when displaying prices instead of the original value configured in WHMCS, without affecting your WHMCS settings.

 

Note: All fields on this page are optional and serve as override settings. If a field is left empty, WHMPress will automatically use the corresponding value from your WHMCS installation.
