  • Choose a base data source — Clients, Invoices, Orders, Services, Domains, Transactions, Support Tickets, or Products
  • Join related tables (e.g. Invoices ↔ Clients, Services ↔ Products, Orders ↔ Invoices) to pull in connected data
  • Pick columns with friendly aliases, apply aggregate functions (COUNT, COUNT DISTINCT, SUM, AVG, MIN, MAX), link columns back to their record in WHMCS, hide columns from output, and reorder them
  • Filter with a full operator set — equals, not equals, greater/less than, like/not like, in/not in, between, is empty, is not empty — plus a base-table date range

Client Area Features

Report Generator is a purely admin-side reporting and analytics tool. It does not add any client-facing pages, buttons, or client area hooks — your clients will not see or interact with this module in any way.

Configuration Options

• License Key field for activating your WHMPRESS license, checked automatically from the admin area
• Refresh Database toggle when enabled, the module’s own database tables are removed automatically on deactivation; when disabled, your saved reports and settings are preserved
• Module Logs toggle in the in-app Settings tab, controlling whether report activity is written to the WHMCS Module Log
• Default Row Limit setting in the in-app Settings tab, controlling the default maximum number of rows returned by custom reports (also adjustable per report, up to 5,000 rows)
