Approval Process:
Customer will have seven (7) days following completion of Services or Deliverable to complete acceptance. If a change is to be made, it must be conveyed within seven days.
Support:
There are 20 days of support for minor changes that do not include changes in functionality. What is covered under support is at the sole discretion of whmpress.com.
Warranties:
Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, the parties disclaim all warranties of any kind, implied, statutory, or in any communication between them, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
The parties’ total liability under this Agreement (whether in contract, tort (including negligence)) shall not exceed the service price. The parties disclaim any indirect, special, consequential, or loss of revenue.
