Crypto Payments on Invoices with QR Code or Modal
Scenario: A client receives an invoice and wants to pay with crypto. On the invoice page, they see Pay Now button (opens Binance-hosted checkout in pop-up) and/or an inline QR code (scan with Binance app). Client chooses their preferred crypto asset inside Binance checkout, completes payment, and invoice auto-marks paid within seconds. Countdown timer shows order expiry.
Value: Accept crypto without manual reconciliation. Clients pay how they want — modal or QR.
Sandbox Testing Before Going Live
Scenario: Admin wants to test Binance Pay integration end-to-end. Switches to Sandbox environment via dropdown — uses separate API credentials, sub-merchant ID, and base URL. Tests checkout, payment confirmation, and refunds. Confirms everything works, then switches to Live environment.
Value: Test with real scenarios before launch. Zero risk testing with no actual money involved.
Admin-Initiated Refunds from WHMCS Invoice
Scenario: A client requests a refund. Admin opens WHMCS invoice → uses standard WHMCS refund flow → module confirms refund with Binance Pay API. If Binance returns “processing”, refund tracked automatically and finalized when confirmed. Refund details (amount, type, status, fee, reference) recorded against transaction.
Value: Full refund lifecycle from WHMCS. No need to log into Binance Merchant Portal for refunds.
Automatic Order Lifecycle & Expiry Recovery
Scenario: A client starts a Binance Pay order but doesn’t complete payment before expiry. Module automatically closes old order and generates a fresh payment order when client returns to invoice. If client completes payment, invoice page checks status in background and redirects to paid invoice instantly. Duplicate payment protection prevents double-crediting.
Value: Frictionless payment recovery. Clients never get stuck with expired orders.
