WCAP has a detail debug page divided into subsections. This page is going to be your first stop if something is not working.
Debug information is divided into sub-sections, each section is checked against baseline requirements needed for WCAP to work.
If some requirement is not met, that section will turn Orange or RED.
To start with, you should adjust your PHP/ server settings to match with baseline requirements, turning all sections green.
