Scenario: A hosting business uses Stripe with 2.9% + $0.30 transaction fees. Admin creates a rule for Stripe gateway → applies 2.9% + $0.30 surcharge on all invoices paid via credit card. Fee appears as separate line item on invoice. Clients paying via bank transfer (zero fee) see no surcharge.
