14-Day Free Access

For each of our products with an annual or monthly license, we offer 14-Day Free Access which allows you to carefully check all its features before making a purchase decision. We encourage you to take the opportunity to test our products freely to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
If you are unsure whether our products satisfy your expectations, we urge you to create a support ticket and ask for clarification.

30-Day Guarantee

Bearing in mind the highest comfort and satisfaction of our customers, we allow a single, unconditional and completely free switch of any product with an annual or monthly license during the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
The obtained product license can be switched on your request to one or more product licenses from our offer, retaining the difference in price, remaining license validity period, and excluding refunds.
Each subsequent license switch on demand requires an additional payment amounting to 10% of the target product’s cost plus the possible difference in price between both.

Refunds

Should you find that a product purchased with an annual or monthly license does not fully meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of lifetime-valid credits applied to your WHMPress account.
These credits can be used to settle any outstanding invoices or for future purchases. To request a refund, you need to submit a cancellation request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Continued use of the product beyond 30 days implies acceptance of all its features and limitations. Once this period has passed, refund requests based on the belief that the product is unsatisfactory will not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
Open source products shall not be reimbursable or exchanged.
